Remote Medical Coder

Our team is seeking a detail-oriented remote medical coder with CPC certification and experience for an ongoing opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of medical coding standards, payer requirements, and documentation review.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review patient charts and clinical documentation to assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Apply ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes in accordance with coding guidelines and payer requirements.
• Ensure coding accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Communicate with providers, billing teams, and internal stakeholders to clarify documentation and resolve coding issues.
• Support timely claims processing and reimbursement through accurate code assignment.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while working independently in a remote setting.
