Healthcare Project Manager - HPM

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex healthcare projects on time and within budget

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely updates

- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to ensure successful project implementation

- Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership

- Ensure all projects comply with relevant healthcare regulations and best practices

$135,000 – $160,000 (commensurate with experience)

This position reports directly to the Director of Healthcare Operations.

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, project management, business, or related field (Master's preferred)

2- 5+ years of project management experience in the healthcare sector

- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

5- PMP or other relevant certification preferred
