Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Minnesota | Remote Telehealth Full-Time $115,000–$120,000 per year Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
The Opportunity
We're hiring a Minnesota-licensed LICSW to provide individual therapy to adults through telehealth. You'll manage a regular caseload and work directly with clients during scheduled video appointments. The role includes the clinical follow-up that comes with ongoing therapy, including assessments, treatment records, and case coordination when necessary.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting individual psychotherapy sessions online
- Completing intake assessments and gathering relevant client history
- Determining treatment priorities and appropriate clinical approaches
- Reviewing cases and updating treatment when needed
- Keeping progress notes and clinical records current
- Coordinating referrals or additional services when appropriate
- Participating in clinical consultation as needed
- Maintaining Minnesota licensing and confidentiality standards
