Position: Healthcare Project Manager - HPM 7452

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Project Manager to oversee and execute key initiatives across our healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, healthcare industry knowledge, and a passion for driving transformative change.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex healthcare projects on time and within budget

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely updates

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to ensure successful project implementation

Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership

Ensure all projects comply with relevant healthcare regulations and best practices

Annual Salary Range:

$135,000 – $160,000 (commensurate with experience)

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Director of Healthcare Operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, project management, business, or related field (Master's preferred)

5+ years of project management experience in the healthcare sector

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

PMP or other relevant certification preferred
