Roundhouse in Minneapolis is seeking a Resident Experience Associate to build connections with residents, host events, and ensure everyone feels seen, heard, and will be a visible presence, fostering belonging and managing resident communications across channels.
You will partner with onsite and marketing teams to plan approximately five impactful monthly activations, address concerns, and drive overall satisfaction and retention in a luxury urban setting in downtown Minneapolis.
