Prepare, label, and deliver medications and supplies accurately and safely, as assigned and in accordance with all legal requirements and policies under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist;
Deliver medications and supplies to patient care areas;
Process medication orders or prescriptions and maintain patient profiles accurately in the inpatient and outpatient pharmacy information systems;
Enter patient information and/or medication orders into the EHR (electronic health record) and/or pharmacy systems;
Audit medication storage areas for accurate storage of medications, dating and appropriate medication stock
