This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical and administrative leadership with the development of training and research opportunities and the implementation of optimal care delivery systems in an FQHC setting. Position Highlights:
Exercise creativity and strategic thinking in clinical care management and clinical programming. Teach and supervise team members and trainees. Engage in research and other scholarly activities through the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. Oversee the development of mental health services and clinical placements. Manage the annual department budget and a strategic work plan. Ensure that all programs comply with federal and state regulations and focus on providing integrated, trauma-informed care across the organization.
Role
Description:
0.50 FTE (20 hours per week) to provide strategic leadership and management of behavioral health services at CUHCC 0.20 FTE (8 hours per week) for clinical and administrative supervision 0.10 FTE (2 hours per week) for academic activities, including attending faculty meetings, Grand Rounds, and other department-based activities 0.20 FTE (8 hours per week) for direct patient care
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Clinical Psychology training program. Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Licensure. Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges Ability to receive work authorization in the United States from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and maintain legal status according to the requirements of the VISA category while in the United States Demonstrated knowledge and training in trauma-informed mental health care.
Preferred Qualifications:
10 or more years of experience in:
Leading innovation in trauma-informed care for highly diverse populations, including BIPOC communities and individuals with co-morbid diagnoses. Possess significant expertise in financial strategy, grant management, and cultivating collaborative relationships with external stakeholders and community agencies. About the Department:

Pay and Benefits:
