About the Position
We are seeking an Independent Pediatric CRNA in the vibrant Twin Cities region of Minneapolis. Join a highly respected children's hospital where you'll work independently while managing a diverse and complex surgical case. This opportunity allows for a strong degree of clinical autonomy and exposure to a diverse pediatric case mix in a premier practice environment dedicated to exceptional patient care.
This position offers outstanding compensation starting around $275K+ for new graduates, with higher earnings available based on experience. The package also includes a $30K sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and an employer retirement match. Additional call pay and OT opportunities allow for compensation well over $300K.
