Partnership Director, Enterprise

• Manage at least one large hospital and health system partner, including relevant value-based contracts and Aledade lives under management
• Work with Senior Leadership to set strategic direction for account(s)
• Lead business development and relationship management at the account level
• Provide support and direction to operations teams and subject matter experts on the Enterprise Performance team
• Assume financial accountability for account(s), focusing on operational excellence
• Set and achieve annual savings goals, process metric targets, and quality targets for value-based contracts
• Develop a repeatable playbook for enterprise performance strategy
• Manage ACO profit and loss and interface between ACO operations teams and centralized support teams
• Lead local and/or multi-state ACO Boards and liaise between ACO boards and centralized support teams
• Collaborate with Growth and local field teams to establish partnerships with physician practices and regional partner organizations
• Support onboarding of new accounts
• Support professional development of direct and dotted-line team members, where applicable

• Must reside in Minnesota
• 10+ years of related experience working as a client-facing project lead in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships and communicating effectively with senior management
• 7+ years of management experience
• 3+ years of Value Based Care experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as needed
• Sitting for prolonged periods of time; extensive use of computers and keyboard; occasional walking and lifting may be required
• Master’s degree or other advanced degrees in health services research, health policy, healthcare administration, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields (preferred)

Demonstrates expertise in managing large healthcare accounts, focusing on value-based care, financial accountability, and strategic direction. Proven ability to lead business development, enhance customer relationships, and support operational excellence within healthcare systems.
