HOSPICE OF THE MIDWEST is seeking a passionate, dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Edina, MN. Our Social Workers provide emotional support, counseling, and resource coordination to patients facing terminal illness. This role plays a key part in the delivery of holistic care and ensures that patients' psychosocial needs are met with dignity and respect. • Develop deep meaningful relationships during a personal and significant life stage
