Caregiver Position

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY Home Care, you will:
- Provide non-medical care to clients in their homes, including companionship
- Follow care plans and complete accurate, detailed documentation of care provided
- Assist clients with light cleaning/housekeeping and meal preparation
- Help clients with basic personal care, such as bathing, dressing and stand by assistance
- Maintain consistent professional communication with clients, their family members, fellow caregivers and SYNERGY office staff
As a caregiver with us you will care for clients at their homes in our service area which includes:
Minneapolis, Bloomington, Edina, Richfield, St. Louis Park & surrounding areas.
To qualify for the caregiver position you will need:
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Consistency, punctuality, and commitment to your work
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Compassion, patience, and a passion for people
- Experience preferred but not required
