Now open in Atlanta, GA, and serving Georgia statewide for telehealth.
Community Outreach & Referral Growth Coordinator — MinnesotaBuild and grow referral partnerships with hospitals, clinics, schools, and community organizations across the Minneapolis / St. Paul metro — connecting people who need behavioral health care to RRCS. Part-time 1099 role, 15–20 hours/week.
Every week, a hospital discharge planner, a county case manager, a school social worker, or a primary care nurse has someone in front of them who needs behavioral health care — and no confident answer about where to send them. This role exists so that the answer is RRCS, and so that when they send that person to us, the experience is good enough that they send us the next one.
This is not a brochure-distribution job. You will not be measured on events attended or business cards collected. You will be measured on whether real organizations became real referral partners, whether the people they referred actually got seen, and whether those partners referred again.

WhatYou'll Own Referral development (about 60% of your time)
- Identify, research, and prioritize referral-generating organizations across your market — hospitals and discharge departments, primary care and pediatric practices, FQHCs, county human services, schools, courts and probation, community and faith organizations, cultural and immigrant-serving agencies, and health plan care-management teams.
- Reach the person who actually controls referral flow — usually a case manager, discharge planner, social worker, care coordinator, or clinic manager.
- Conduct in-person meetings and in-service presentations that teach referring professionals which patients RRCS is right for, which we are not, and how to send someone to us in under three minutes.
- Convert first referrals into ongoing referral relationships through disciplined, documented follow-up, and re-engage partners who have stopped referring.
- Serve as the named point of contact professional referral sources call when they are stuck.
- Close the loop with referring partners on referrals, within the limits of patient authorization and applicable privacy law.
- Surface friction in the referral pathway to our operations team quickly and follow it through to resolution.
- Document unmet community need, service and language gaps, competitor activity, payer friction, and emerging populations.
- Deliver a monthly Community Intelligence Report that informs our hiring, service expansion, and partnership decisions.
- Maintain complete, current, and accurate records of every account, contact, and interaction in our CRM.
- Submit a one-page weekly scorecard and participate in a short weekly pipeline review with the CEO.
- By Day 30 — you know our services, clinicians, payers, and referral…
