DBT Therapist - Mental Health Clinician

Responsibilities:
- Lead DBT group sessions, turning each one into a masterclass of skill-building and support.
- Support clients with individual therapy sessions focusing on honing your DBT expertise and fostering client growth.
- Collaborate with our passionate, supportive, and seasoned team.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current independent licensure from the State of MN (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP) OR on track for LICSW or LPCC licensure
- Passionate about diving into adherent DBT therapy with an eagerness to learn and grow. DBT experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for building rapport with clients.
- Empathy, compassion, and a desire to make a positive impact.
