Retention Bonus!!The candidate selected for this position may be eligible for a retention bonus of up to $5,000. An initial sum of $2,500 will be paid after the completion of six months in this role, with the balance disbursed after twelve months of service. To qualify for the full bonus, the individual must maintain employment in this position for at least twelve months.
The bonus is non-transferable to other roles.
Base Salary: $60,004.41 - $69,478.79/annually

We strive for excellence in clinical care as we serve those living with mental illness, substance use disorders, crisis, unstable housing, and trauma. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.
This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth.

Schedule40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Minimum Qualifications Clinical Trainee- Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure.
- Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
- Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
