Position: Overnight Residences Security Officer (Part-Time)

** About the Role
** Basic

Purpose:

Monitors, responds and trains for emergency/security systems and incidents. Is the safety and policy leader for the overnight shift. Assists residents, guests, and employees with operational tasks. Responds as a 1 responder trained in CPR. Answers phones and directs calls, as well as assisting with any other tasks needed on the overnight shift.

Handles all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism – accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves resident complaints; assists residents in all inquiries in connection with residence/hotel/resort services, hours of operations, key residence/hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all resident requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and residence practices.

Assists Resident Service Attendants with responsibilities and duties in their absence or due to heavy volume periods Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Residences Manager or Director of Residences At least 1+ years of security experience, preferably within Hotels High School education or equivalent experience Ability to apply an ethical approach to the outcome of situations. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with peers, superiors and clients

Ability to work in a safe, prudent and organized manner

Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays; ability to work overnight shifts required

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests

** Authorization to work in the United States is required, unless the candidate is currently in a managerial role with another Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for an L-1 visa sponsorship.
