Position: Assistant Manager at SPLIT ROCK PARKING

Split Rock Parking is hiring a highly disciplined Assistant Valet & Guest Services Manager for our operation at the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel. Key Responsibilities

  • Train, mentor, and hold accountable a team of guest service and valet attendants.
  • Ensure seamless, elite‑level customer service that aligns with luxury hotel expectations.
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and frontline problem‑solving during peak hotel events.
Requirements
  • Proven management experience in a luxury hospitality, fine dining, or premium service environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, during the onboarding phase.
