The Lobby Attendant plays a vital role in creating outstanding service and memorable experiences for each guest. You will work within a collaborative housekeeping team, applying your attention to detail and care to keep public spaces pristine.

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to achieve resort/hotel cleanliness goals.
• Walk assigned floors at the beginning and end of each shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock on each floor pantry.
• Ensure cleanliness of all public areas, including bathrooms, lounge areas, and hallways.
• Assist room attendants with heavy lifting during super‑cleaning/spring cleaning of rooms.
• Clean all public areas in accordance with department standard operating procedures.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas and transport them to designated locations following safety protocols.
• Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and team members.

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Strong time‑management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to move, traverse, and position oneself to reach corners on floors and high places; detect odors; and navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces while operating spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads, and dusters.
• Capacity to lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs.
