Lounge Supervisors at its new MSP location to oversee day-to-day lounge operations, ensuring excellent guest experience, staff coverage, and smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise lounge operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth service, proper coverage, and strong guest experience.
• Provide active floor leadership by directing staff and supporting service during high-traffic periods.
• Oversee and support up to five team members per shift across lounge functions.
• Maintain service standards for cleanliness, speed, guest engagement, and brand consistency.
• Act as the primary on-shift contact for staff questions and operational needs.
• Resolve routine guest concerns and elevate complex issues to management as needed.
• Coach team members in the moment to reinforce best practices and performance.
• Manage staff breaks and shift coverage to maintain continuous service.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and airport operational standards.
• Complete assigned opening and closing procedures and shift handoffs.
• Represent Portal Lounge powered by Gameway through professional, guest-first leadership.
• Communicate shift updates, challenges, and improvement opportunities to management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One (1) year of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality environment
• Able to complete the alcohol training awareness certification.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Energetic, positive, and adaptable personality that thrives under pressure.
• Strong sales acumen and support exceed lounge goals.
• High-level customer service with a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
• Able to comfortably support multiple lounge functions
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods

Compensation and

Work Schedule:

• Pay : $20.00 per hour
• Schedule :
  Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Open availability required, including weekends and holidays, due to airport operations.
