This on‑site Host role is a contract position based in Minneapolis, MN, with compensation of $400 per month. The Host will greet attendees, manage event check‑ins, and ensure guests feel welcomed and informed throughout each event. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down event spaces, supporting event flow and timing, and facilitating introductions to encourage positive interactions among participants. The Host will also coordinate with organizers to address questions or issues during events and provide feedback to improve future gatherings.

• Ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and engage comfortably with diverse groups of people.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and basic conflict‑resolution skills.
• Reliable time management and organizational skills for event setup, hosting, and cleanup.
• Comfort working on‑site in a social setting and moving between different event spaces as needed.
• Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
• Availability to work evenings or weekends according to the event schedule.
