People Serving People is seeking a Guest Services Shift Lead to provide day-to-day leadership during shelter shifts and oversee Guest Services Associates. You will model trauma-informed, guest-centered service and support staff to address guest concerns, safety, and crisis situations.
You will help ensure smooth shelter operations, monitor logs and occupancy, and coordinate food distribution and guest needs.
