Greet guests arriving by car, taxi, or on foot and open doors to welcome them;
Assist guests exiting vehicles and unload luggage, tagging and ticketing for retrieval;
Direct guests to the Front Desk for check-in and transfer luggage to Bell Staff;
Manage driveway traffic flow and direct guest cars and taxis to appropriate positions;
Provide guests with directions and information about the city and hotel services; respond to inquiries and resolve concerns with hospitality and professionalism
