Inter Continental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport seeks a driven Front Office/Guest Services Manager to coordinate exceptional reception, registration and account settlement for guests. You will supervise Front Desk, Shuttle and Door staff, train team members and enforce IHG standards to maximize guest satisfaction.
You will monitor occupancy, assist with yield strategies and ensure compliance with all hotel policies while maintaining a welcoming lobby and seamless guest experience.
