Our Front Office Manager regularly works scheduled Front Desk shifts while also providing leadership, coaching, scheduling, training, and administrative support.
You'll also partner with our Breakfast team to help ensure our complimentary breakfast operation is staffed, organized, welcoming, and delivering the experience our guests expect.

You’ll also partner with our Breakfast team to help ensure our complimentary breakfast operation is staffed, organized, welcoming, and delivering the experience our guests expect.
Lead the Front Office- Work scheduled Front Desk shifts as part of your regular workweek based on business and staffing needs.
- Lead Front Office associates through visible, hands‑on leadership.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop Front Office team members.
- Create schedules and help manage departmental labor.
- Ensure Front Desk procedures and Hilton brand standards are consistently followed.
- Handle guest concerns and help turn challenging situations into positive experiences.
- Maintain strong communication and accountability across all Front Office shifts.
- Help create a team culture where associates feel supported, recognized, and responsible for their performance.
Our complimentary breakfast is an important part of the Homewood Suites guest experience.
You’ll work closely with the Breakfast team to:
- Support staffing and scheduling.
- Help maintain service and presentation standards.
- Coach and support Breakfast associates.
- Monitor labor and departmental needs.
- Step in to support the operation when needed.
- Help create a welcoming start to our guests' day.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager and gain exposure to the broader operation of the hotel.
Responsibilities may include:
- Labor management and scheduling.
- Guest satisfaction and service recovery.
- Recruiting and onboarding.
- Departmental expense management.
- Operational reporting and follow-up.
- Hotel safety, security, and brand standards.
- Supporting hotel operations when the General Manager is unavailable.

- 2+ years of hotel or hospitality leadership experience.
- Front Office or Front Desk leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Hilton experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with scheduling and labor management.
- Strong guest-service and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, organization, and coaching abilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as business needs require.
