Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Location:

Homewood Suites, St. Louis Park, MN

Shift: Full-time, Approx., 10am-7pm shifts, AM/PM/and overnight flexibility on weekends, Sunday afternoon/evening availability preferred, Typically 4 week days and 1 weekend day schedule

• Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
• Assist in hiring, training, developing, and leading your team to achieve budgeted revenues and profitability
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance)
• Communicate clear expectations to associates and resolve guest complaints promptly
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
