Catering Supervisor

Elior is seeking a Catering Supervisor to lead daily catering operations in our accommodation and food services locations. In this role, you'll coordinate event setup, menus, schedules, and staffing, ensuring accurate, on-time, high-quality service. You'll train and direct catering staff, monitor food safety, and maintain inventory and ordering. Partnering closely with clients, you'll customize events, resolve issues quickly, and uphold Elior's people-first, hospitality-driven culture while supporting continuous improvement, safety, and budget adherence.
