SummaryUnlock your next adventure. Join Hyatt! Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is seeking a motivated and service‑oriented Operations Intern to support our Rooms or Food & Beverage teams. This internship offers hands‑on experience in hotel operations, exposure to leadership, and the opportunity to contribute to the guest experience in a meaningful way. Ideal for students pursuing hospitality, business, or related fields, this role provides a strong foundation for a future career in hotel management.
Operations Interns will be focused in one department and may support other areas of the hotel based on operational needs. Departments that Interns may be focused in include Event Set Up, Housekeeping, Outlets, and Stewarding.
What You’ll Gain
Hands ‑ on experience in a full ‑ service hotel environment
Exposure to department leaders and cross ‑ functional teams
4 Hour Job Shadow in function of choice
Training in Hyatt brand standards, guest service, and operational procedures
Opportunities to shadow leaders and participate in hotel meetings
A deeper understanding of hotel operations and career pathways within Hyatt

Qualifications- Currently enrolled in a hospitality, business, or related academic program
- Studying hospitality or related major
- Capable of a 10 week commitment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, team‑oriented attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Interest in pursuing a career in hotel operations
