Basic

Purpose:

The Guest Experience Intern will respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest’s needs and preferences and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and driving our Guest Experience Score while adhering to our Four Seasons standards and complying with all Four Season’s policies. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assists customers with all inquiries in person, digitally or on the phone in connection with hotel services, in-house events, directions, off-site arrangements and activities. Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner
• Assist with the set-up, take down and execution of all Kids For All Seasons activations. Monitor supplies and takes the lead in hosting activations and engaging with children and families
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Em Pact
