Talent Manager, Recruiter
# Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter with a successful track record of identifying, engaging, and closing executive‑level candidates and driving recruitment across multiple sales teams. You will influence key partners and hiring leaders through data‑driven insights, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of talent market dynamics. You are an expert at sourcing talent simultaneously in multiple geographical markets and remain customer‑focused and adaptable to change.
Responsibilities- Own full‑cycle recruiting and employee selection for our growing Global Business Development Division, partnering with senior leadership to understand hiring objectives and deliver high‑quality, timely results.
- Create and execute unique sourcing strategies to generate a healthy pipeline of high‑quality candidates through branding, sourcing, and referral initiatives.
- Build solid relationships with sales leadership teams and serve as a talent partner throughout the recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR specialists in global mobility, training, HRIS, compensation, and compliance.
- Leverage data and analytics to assess recruiting performance, forecast hiring needs, and inform strategic decisions while staying current on competitive talent trends and compensation benchmarks.
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for sales positions at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong competency assessment skills to determine optimal talent placement.
- Proven record of developing and executing advanced sourcing strategies and building diverse talent pipelines.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting data and translate insights into action.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, flexibility, maturity, and sound judgment.
- Self‑directed, initiative‑driven team player with a passion for results.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, or communications.
- PHR or SPHR certification.
- Business understanding of software sales within high‑tech companies.
- Knowledge of ADA, EEO, FMLA, Title VII, wage and hour laws, and benefits.
- MBA or master’s degree in human resources, communications, industrial psychology, or marketing.

A reasonable base salary range for this role is USD $83,200 – $137,280.
