How you will make an impact:

As the EDI Benefits Analyst, you will serve as the primary owner and auditor of client benefit eligibility and enrollment data transmitted via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) file feeds. This role is responsible for analyzing, validating, and reconciling data originating from the HRIS system—including employee census data, benefit elections, plan mapping, rate changes, open enrollment data and payroll data—to ensure accurate and timely transmission to benefit carriers and vendors.

What

You Bring
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, data analytics, or a related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting benefits eligibility, enrollment, or billing through EDI file feeds in an analytical, audit, or systems-focused role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with benefit technology platforms, including HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), UKG Ready preferred.
  • Familiarity with benefits enrollment processes, eligibility determination, benefits rules, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with expert proficiency in Excel.
  • Previous experience in PEO, HR Shared Services, and/or HRIS consulting (Preferred).
  • Previous experience with Salesforce (Preferred).
