Project Manager, Talent Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager you will be part of the Project Management Department supporting the technology modernization across Talent Acquisition work streams, including the implementation of Hired Score.

Must have familiarity with AI driven talent platforms such as Hired Score, Eightfold, Hire Vue, or similar machine learning based recruiting technologies.

Pay Range: 55-62/hr W2
(Due to client rules we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2)

What's the Job?

• Lead and manage technology transformation initiatives within the Talent Acquisition (TA) department, ensuring projects align with organizational goals and timelines.
• Serve as the primary project lead for the implementation of AI-driven tools such as Hired Score, overseeing planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
• Coordinate across multiple talent acquisition technology work streams, providing support, issue resolution, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with TA leaders, HR partners, and technology teams to facilitate collaboration and effective decision-making.
• Manage project governance activities, including status reporting, resource coordination, documentation, and escalation pathways.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Planning, or equivalent, demonstrating successful project delivery.
• Experience in managing large-scale Talent Acquisition projects or programs, including cross-functional coordination and impact measurement.
• Familiarity with AI driven talent platforms such as Hired Score, Eightfold, Hire Vue, or similar machine learning based recruiting technologies.
• Hands-on experience with HR or TA technologies such as ATS, CRM, AI sourcing/matching tools, or workflow automation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to create compelling presentations and narratives.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Lean Six Sigma.
