Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire a Project Manager for an immediate opening.

Fulltime/Contract on W2 In This Role, You Will

  • Lead project management for Talent Acquisition (TA) technology transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Serve as the dedicated project lead for the Hired Score implementation workstream, overseeing planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
  • Coordinate across multiple talent acquisition technology work streams, providing project support, issue resolution, and cross-functional alignment as needed.
  • Partner closely with TA leaders, business sponsors, HR partners, and technology teams to drive effective collaboration and decision-making.
  • Manage project governance activities, including status reporting, resource coordination, documentation, and escalation pathways.
  • Ensure adherence to established change management processes to support successful adoption and business readiness.
  • Monitor progress toward key milestones and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Support end‑user experience by aligning project outcomes with recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate needs, especially around ranking, rediscovery, and internal mobility features enabled by Hired Score.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, ideally within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Program/project management capabilities with the ability to manage detailed plans, risks, and cross‑functional dependencies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale Talent Acquisition projects or programs, including cross‑functional alignment, execution oversight, and measurable impact on recruiting operations and outcomes.
  • Hands‑on experience implementing HR or TA technologies (ATS, CRM, AI‑based sourcing/matching tools, workflow automation tools, etc.).
  • Experience with HR Recruiting tools/technology transformation (Applicant Tracking System, Candidate Relationship Management, automation tools, conversational AI, sourcing technology, workflow modernization).
  • Familiarity with AI‑driven talent platforms such as Hired Score, Eightfold, Hire Vue, or similar machine learning‑based recruiting technologies.
  • Experience in driving change management efforts and stakeholder adoption, with familiarity in established methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Agile.

Pay Range And Benefits

Pay Range*: 55/hr - 60/hr

  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
