Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Charlotte and Dallas)
Job Type: 12 Months Contract (Possibilities of extension or conversion)
Role OverviewSeeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Talent Acquisition technology transformation initiatives. This role will drive execution of HR technology programs, coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery and adoption of recruiting and talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project management for Talent Acquisition technology initiatives
- Manage planning, execution, governance, risks, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate across HR, business, and technology teams to ensure alignment
- Drive implementation of recruiting and talent technology solutions
- Manage reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure adherence to change management and adoption practices
- Track milestones, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Support business readiness and user adoption across recruiting workflows
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with project governance, reporting, and delivery execution
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition projects
- Experience implementing HR or Recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, AI sourcing tools)
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as Hired Score, Eightfold, Hire Vue, or similar
- Experience driving change management and stakeholder adoption
- Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or project certification preferred
