Position: Human Resources (HR) Manager
Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in the NW suburbs. In this role, you will play a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This position requires a proactive approach to addressing workplace concerns and supporting overall organizational goals. This is a hybrid model and salary up to $120K.

Responsibilities:

- Handle employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts with a focus on resolution and fairness.

- Lead investigations into workplace issues such as harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.

- Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

- Collaborate with legal counsel on employment-related risks and litigation matters.

- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures consistently across the organization.

- Drive efforts to enhance employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace atmosphere.

- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

- Manage HRIS systems effectively to support HR operations and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with benefits administration and related functions.

- Support organizational goals by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements - At least 5 years of experience in human resources management.

- Strong expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution.

- Proficiency in HR administration, including onboarding and benefits management.

- Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as People Soft.

- Ability to conduct workplace investigations with professionalism and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to promote positive employee engagement and a healthy workplace culture.
