We are hiring a Client Support HR Generalist to join our delivery team. This is a client-facing role for someone who is technically strong, systems-oriented, and motivated to improve how HR functions operate. You will work across multiple organizations and industries, partnering with senior HR leaders to execute disciplined, reliable HR support.
This role is suited for someone who is curious, proactive, and comfortable operating with urgency while maintaining accuracy.
What You Will Do- Deliver day-to-day generalist HR support across multiple client organizations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, training, policy development, and leave management.
- Serve as a responsive, professional HR contact for managers and employees.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain data integrity within client HR systems.
- Support implementation of structured HR programs led by HR Business Partners, including performance management cycles and policy rollouts.
- Independently manage payroll and benefits compliance for assigned clients, ensuring accurate system configuration, regulatory adherence, and process integrity.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows, improve system utilization, and reduce manual processes.
- 4–7 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
- Strong comfort working inside modern HRIS and payroll systems; ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Demonstrated experience independently administering payroll and benefits across jurisdictions.
- Clear interest in using technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to see process gaps and recommend structured improvements.
- Working knowledge of employment law and wage and hour compliance.
- Experience supporting recruiting and employee relations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Customer service mindset with a high level of responsiveness and follow-through.
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable acting with urgency.
- Professional judgment to escape risk appropriately.
- HRIS implementation experience strongly desired.
- Professional certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, FPC, CPP) preferred.
- Requires occasional on-site client work in Minnesota.
- $65,000 to $85,000 annual salary
- PTO and Paid Holidays
