Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Business Analyst will be part of a complex, global, matrixed talent acquisition function with knowledge of Oracle Taleo, Sourcing and Workday HR onboarding technologies, solid business analyst skills and a strong knowledge of HR recruitment processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor and provide tier 2 support for Taleo and Sourcing production environments
- Document business and system requirements in accordance with Medtronic IT polices
- Work with the testers, developers and 3rd party vendors on issue analysis and defect resolution
- Engage Talent Acquisition stakeholders to understand processes and application needs; support development of system strategies to accelerate growth and capability within the function
- Manage full-cycle complex global technical enhancements
- Collaborate with IT colleagues to identify process improvements
- Create, enhance, and maintain global reports within Oracle Business Intelligence module
- Problem solve systems issues, analyze data sets and work with testers, Oracle support and 3rd party vendors on identifying and implementing solutions
Must Haves:
- Experience in Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Sourcing
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of HR Recruitment processes and procedures

2-5 Year of experience administering and configuring Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Sourcing
