Role OverviewAs a Senior IT Recruiter, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of IT roles including software engineering, cybersecurity, data analytics, and infrastructure. You’ll develop innovative sourcing methods, advise hiring managers, and promote inclusive hiring practices to attract top talent. Your efforts will support a dynamic hiring environment, ensuring the organization secures skilled professionals while maintaining a focus on diversity and candidate experience.
Dayin the Life
- Lead full-cycle IT recruiting efforts for various technical roles
- Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define talent needs
- Advise on interview best practices and labor market trends
- Manage candidate pipeline and ATS activities efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 3+ in IT or technical roles
- Proven success in filling senior and niche roles across multiple locations
- Ability to assess and influence technical hiring decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
