Recruiter, Talent Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant
Overview
Brillect is adding Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Consultants to our HR Practice consultant community! These part-time or full-time hourly consulting roles offer the opportunity to support a variety of clients across industries with interim HR leadership, special projects, and short/long-term engagements.
Please note that these roles are not direct employment with a client and often run anywhere from 3-6+ months in length.
We support clients who rely on us for fast, effective recruiting solutions—whether they need help filling manufacturing, skilled labor, and high-volume hourly roles or professional, technical, and corporate positions

What You’ll DoWhat you’ll do varies by client need but may include:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing/light industrial requisitions such as machine operators, warehouse staff, production associates, quality techs, and skilled trades.
- Recruit for professional roles
, including HR, finance, marketing, operations, engineering, IT, and administrative positions. - Develop sourcing strategies tailored to high-volume or specialized roles.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skill alignment and culture fit.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring teams with clear and concise summaries.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide expert guidance on labor markets, competitive compensation, and hiring feasibility.
- Act as a talent advisor—setting expectations, timelines, and communication rhythms.
- Utilize client ATS systems, sourcing platforms, hiring tools, and workflow processes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting workflows and candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of recruiting experience
, with strong expertise in at least one of the following: - Manufacturing / light industrial / high-volume hourly hiring
- Corporate, professional, and/or technical recruiting
- Demonstrated skill sourcing candidates through multiple channels (Linked In, job boards, networking, referrals, Boolean search).
- Proven track record managing 20–40+ requisitions, depending on role type.
- Experience supporting multiple hiring managers and navigating shifting priorities.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to quickly onboard into new companies, systems, and industries.
- Experience in contract, RPO, or agency environments.
- Familiarity with various ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, UKG, iCIMS, Bamboo
HR). - Knowledge of HR compliance, documentation standards, and hiring best practices.
- Comfort working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
