Position: Part-Time Site HR (US Operations)

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to provide part-time support (approximately one day per week) for our US operations. While the majority of HR services are managed by our PEO, this role will work closely with the PEO to ensure smooth operations and compliance with local labor laws. The position focuses on coordination, record-keeping, and occasional support for employee-related processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Includes the following; other duties may be assigned.

  • Act as HR point of contact for our US team (17 employees).
  • Coordinate with PEO to ensure accurate payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Partner with business leaders on compensation decisions, promotions, and performance management processes.
  • Support talent development initiatives and succession planning.
  • Contribute to employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Support occasional hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Any other support required for local support

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

No supervisory responsibilities are required at this time. Global vendor and freelance management are applicable.

EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years of HR experience with exposure to US employment practices.
  • Familiarity with PEO administration, payroll systems, and benefits management.
  • Strong understanding of US labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in performance management and talent development preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
