Position SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team. This role will be an instrumental part of creating a positive candidate experience for full-cycle recruitment and hiring. Activities associated with this role may include sourcing, scheduling interviews, updating our applicant tracking system (ATS), modifying job description templates, creating recruitment reports, managing job postings, and managing background checks.
Additionally, this role will support TA leadership in TA initiatives and may contribute to other HR initiatives.
- Schedule interviews, including coordinating schedules with applicants and interviewers, creating calendar invites, sending confirmation, and managing cancellations and rescheduling.
- Update requisitions and statuses within the ATS to ensure recruitment activities are up-to-date and accurate.
- Modify job description templates in the ATS.
- Help update configurations and settings in the ATS.
- Manage and update job postings on a regular basis to attract top-level talent.
- Assist in sourcing efforts by identifying ideal candidate profiles to build recruitment pipelines.
- Prepare and deliver offer letters.
- Assist with temporary/contract recruitment activities.
- Manage the background check process, communicate with background check vendor, answer candidate questions, and assist candidates in completing pre-employment duties.
- Prepare Talent Acquisition reports, and possibly other HR reports.
- May participate in other TA/HR initiatives such as ATS configuration, TA systems administration, college recruiting, career fairs, internship program, and others.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree: experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 2+ year(s) of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Preferred:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, and other TA systems.
- Demonstration of scheduling complex calendar appointments/meetings, particularly interviews.
- Experience working within the HR or TA function, strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at one time.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proven commitment to confidentiality, extreme discretion and high professional ethical standards.
- Ability to assess and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Technical aptitude to learn new systems and processes.
- Proven problem-solving skills to navigate through challenging situations.
- Competency to update data to ensure accuracy.
* This role will be a contract role for 5-6 months
US Pay Range: $32 — $36 USD
