What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage the Career & Enterprise Development portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and talent priorities
  • Provide strategic consultation and governance for leadership development initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners on Enterprise Learning
  • Oversee evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness and business impact
  • Integrate new technologies and approaches to enhance leadership development programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in leadership development or related field
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering leadership programs for enterprise audiences
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field
  • Experience working with external partners or business schools to deliver learning solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of measurement and evaluation frameworks for leadership development programs
  • Global perspective with experience designing culturally relevant programs
