This position plays will serve as a trusted recruiting partner to leaders across the organization, helping identify talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities:

- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for open positions, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through interviews, selection, and offer coordination.

- Find and engage talent with relevant experience through multiple channels, including online platforms, referrals, networking events, community outreach, and direct candidate contact.

- Develop ongoing relationships with schools, workforce agencies, community groups, and other talent partners to expand the candidate network.

- Keep applicants informed throughout each stage of the process with timely updates and clear communication, regardless of hiring outcome.

- Manage recruiting activity within the HRIS and applicant tracking system, ensuring workflows are used effectively and information remains current.

- Maintain organized candidate documentation, interview notes, status updates, and feedback to support reporting accuracy and compliance requirements.

- Build talent pools for high-volume and recurring roles while anticipating future staffing demands across the business.

- Work closely with marketing and internal stakeholders to highlight company culture, career opportunities, and the employer brand in the talent market.

- Create clear job descriptions and structured interview materials that promote consistent, fair, and effective candidate evaluation.

- Track hiring trends, labor market conditions, and compensation insights to help inform recruiting plans and wage recommendations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of recruiting experience, including ownership of full-cycle hiring activities.

- Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, including high-volume openings.

- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions through effective communication and market knowledge.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

- Experience working with an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate recruiting records.

- Solid organizational skills with close attention to detail and follow-through across multiple open requisitions.

- Working knowledge of employment laws, hiring guidelines, and recordkeeping practices related to recruitment.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and similar business software; experience with UKG Ready or recruiting certifications is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

- The targeted salary range for this position is $70-85K

- Full benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance
