Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization to identify a Benefits Manager to join their Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity for a benefits professional who is ready to take ownership of a function, build strong partnerships, improve processes, and make a meaningful impact on the employee experience.
The ideal candidate is someone who has developed a strong foundation in benefits and is looking for increased ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to influence how programs are managed and improved. This role will partner closely with HR leadership, vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure benefits programs are effectively administered, communicated, and aligned with the needs of a growing organization.

This position is remote; however, candidates located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area or Midwest region are preferred. The HR team comes together in person a few times per year for collaboration and team meetings.

+ Evaluate current programs and recommend improvements based on employee feedback, utilization, and business needs
+ Support employee experience initiatives, including recognition programs, service awards, wellbeing efforts, and other engagement opportunities

+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Benefits Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
+ 5+ years of experience in benefits, total rewards, HR operations, or a related HR function
