Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Global HR Systems Functional Lead to support a large-scale international Workday implementation
. This role will serve as the primary business process and requirements lead, partnering with HR, Payroll, Talent, Technology, and regional stakeholders across Europe, APAC, and North America
.

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with global HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, and business stakeholders.
• Analyze current-state HR processes and identify country-specific business and regulatory requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, configuration-ready functional requirements for Workday implementation teams.
• Create and maintain business requirements documents, process flows, user stories, decision logs, traceability matrices, and country-specific documentation.
• Coordinate with Workday functional consultants, integration teams, QA, and project stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support testing activities, including UAT planning, test scenarios, defect triage, and deployment readiness.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure alignment across multiple work streams.

• 7+ years of Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or HR Systems implementation experience.
• Proven experience facilitating requirements workshops with global stakeholders.
• Strong background in translating business processes into functional system requirements.
• Experience supporting HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, or Workforce Management initiatives.
• Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

• Experience supporting Workday implementations or HR transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Workday modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Compensation, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Learning.
• Experience working with multi-country HR processes across Europe and APAC.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

*** Pay Range- $60.00-$64.00/hour
