Duties
The duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Tracks measures of workload and develops internal guidance for balancing assignments that have specific cadences dependent on Program Areas' mission and priorities.
- Develops messaging and manages ongoing communication with key stakeholders.
- Involves and coordinates with other Human Resources and program administrative staff.
- Engages stakeholders in identifying their critical priorities and facilitates the resolution of competing priorities.
- Serves as a technical authority and project manager for HR, supporting a Deputy Director of HR in developing and implementing strategies and process improvements.
