I'm partnering with a growing manufacturer in the west metro that is looking to add an HR Assistant/Generalist to their small but impactful HR team.
This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of HR experience who wants exposure to a broad range of human resources responsibilities, including:
- Payroll administration
- Benefits administration & open enrollment
- Recruiting & onboarding
- HRIS management
- Employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Leave administration (FMLA, protected leaves)
- HR compliance and reporting
- Process improvement projects
What they're looking for:
- Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of HR experience (internships considered)
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- HRIS experience (Paylocity is a plus)
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Position Details:
?? Minnetonka, MN
?? $45,000-$55,000 base salary (flexibility for highly qualified candidates)
?? Monday-Friday standard business hours
