We’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who enjoys creating engaging learning content and turning ideas into practical development programs. This role will design and develop training materials, presentations, guides, and other learning resources that help employees and leaders build their skills and grow.

You’ll also support broader talent and development initiatives and partner with teams across the organization to understand learning needs and create content and programs that are clear, useful, and engaging. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to be creative, build things from the ground up, and see their work put into practice.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Learning & Development initiatives, including planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk management
  • Conduct learning needs analyses and translate insights into strategic, actionable project plans
  • Design and deliver scalable training programs aligned with business priorities and operational needs
  • Partner on organizational change initiatives, supporting communication, engagement, and adoption strategies
  • Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and continuously improve L&D programs and processes
  • Manage talent-related projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to support HR initiatives and business outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement solutions through structured project execution
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from concept through completion
  • Strong understanding of talent management practices, including performance management and succession planning
  • Experience designing and facilitating training programs
  • Familiarity with HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Compensation

Compensation for this role ranges from $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience
