Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator

Our client, a financial service firm is seeking an Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator to support the Early Careers Recruiting team during the fall recruiting season. This role will play an important part in coordinating campus recruiting activities, managing candidate logistics, supporting career fairs and recruiting events, and helping deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. This position offers a mix of administrative, recruiting coordination, and candidate-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Early Careers Recruiting team throughout the campus recruiting cycle.
  • Review candidate applications and conduct initial candidate screening.
  • Assist recruiters with identifying qualified candidates for internship and leadership development programs.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide timely support.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate logistics.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting data, and applicant tracking information in Workday and other recruiting systems.
  • Coordinate career fair registrations and assist with planning and executing campus recruiting events.
  • Manage recruiting materials, event shipments, giveaways, and campus recruiting inventory.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring teams, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruiting process.
  • Help ensure candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, human resources, event coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume administrative responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Strong customer service mindset and commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting campus recruiting, university relations, or early careers programs.
  • Experience coordinating interviews and candidate logistics in a high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Experience using Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience supporting recruiting events, career fairs, university engagement activities, or similar programs.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate: $28–$39/hour Duration: 3-Month W2 Contract
