The Talent Management Program Manager will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of talent management programs to enhance employee performance, development and career growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent management and a proven ability to develop custom programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning, design, and execution of talent management programs and initiatives, independently driving work from strategy through implementation, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with company goals, measurable outcomes, and on-time delivery.
- Evaluate and implement performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations, ensuring it aligns with organizational objectives and supports a continuous feedback culture.
- Implement and manage talent assessment tools and processes to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Design and execute succession planning at designated levels within the organization. Partner with HR Business Partner Team to train HR and business leaders, prepare templates and materials, analyze data and summarize key themes and actions.
- Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver career pathing frameworks, development tools, and workshops that support employee growth, bringing innovative and practical solutions to talent challenges.
- Utilize data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend improvements for talent management initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent management and incorporate them into program design, focused on simple, meaningful tools and processes.
- Continuously improve talent programs to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience. Recommend enhancements based on data-driven insights.
- Manage relationships with internal and external vendors while mentoring and coaching HR and talent management team members and providing direct people leadership, when applicable.
- Document product and therapy related field reports within the prescribed timelines and provide any necessary documents required to complete the investigation. Provide follow-up reporting as needed.
- Complete training requirements and competency confirmations as required for this position within the required timeline.
- Comply with applicable quality system procedures/policies and make suggestions for continuous process improvement.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field;
- Master's degree in HR or MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent development programs at a senior level.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in talent management software and tools.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, ADP) is highly desirable.
