Talent Acquisition Specialist

Lead end-to-end hiring for a growing organization in Minneapolis.

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for all open roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to confirm staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Create and place job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
• Review and monitor job postings to keep openings visible, competitive, and current.
• Source candidates using online platforms, networking, referrals, career fairs, and additional recruiting channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
• Coordinate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process from application through acceptance.
• Develop and strengthen the employer brand to attract high-quality talent.
• Track recruiting metrics and recommend improvements to hiring processes.
• Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and recruiting best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience recruiting across a variety of positions and multiple departments.
• Strong interviewing skills and relationship-building ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Linked In Recruiter, and major job boards.
• Highly organized approach with the ability to manage multiple open positions at once.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven work style.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
