Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

• Support the full recruiting cycle, including preparing and posting jobs, leading intake meetings, reviewing resumes, proactively sourcing candidates, conducting initial candidate screens, supporting interviews, and assisting with recruiting strategies
• Represent Barr positively and foster a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment
• Facilitate pre- and post-interview meetings with hiring teams
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the selection process
• Support offer development and delivery with the senior recruiter and business unit HR team
• Build relationships with hiring teams and follow up on candidates, hiring needs, and recruiting effectiveness
• Collaborate with the senior recruiter, business unit stakeholders, and business unit HR team
• Participate in staffing and business meetings and share recruiting best practices
• Track recruitment metrics and analyze recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes
• Stay current with recruiting trends and practices
• Participate in recruiting-related process improvements and special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Two plus years of recruiting experience
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship by Barr, now or in the future
